CBI issues lookout notice against ABG Shipyard

The CBI today said it has issued lookout circulars against nine accused, including ABG Shipyard Limited chairman Rishi Kamlesh Agarwal, in connection with an alleged bank loan fraud of over Rs 22,842 crore.

Rs.22,842 Crore defraud by ABG Shipyard-CBI

The Central Bureau of Investigation today booked ABG Shipyard and its Directors Rishi Agarwal, Santhanam Muthuswamy, and Ashwini Kumar for allegedly defrauding 28 banks of Rs 22,842 crore.  ABG Shipyard Ltd is the flagship company of the ABG Group which is engaged in shipbuilding and ship repair. The shipyards are located in Dahej and Surat in Gujarat.
