The state has earmarked over 1,000 hectares of land for tourism development, aiming to position Madhya Pradesh as a premier cultural and eco-tourism destination.

New Tourism Policies & Investment Incentives
The Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board has introduced two new policies:
✅ Tourism Policy 2025
✅ Film Tourism Policy 2025
Both policies offer exclusive incentives to attract investment in hotels, resorts, golf courses, and eco-tourism projects.
💰 Mega projects (₹100 crore+ investment) will receive:
✔️ Land allocation at collector guideline rates for up to 90 years
✔️ Capital grants between 15%-30% (up to ₹90 crore)
✔️ Incentives for wildlife resorts, electric cruises, and remote-area projects
To ensure transparency and efficiency, the Investment Promotion Cell will oversee land allocation through a Single Window System, ensuring timely approvals for tourism projects.
